American Cheese Month is here! Truth is, American Cheese Month is a year-round celebration at Redhead Creamery. So why do our friends at the American Cheese Education (ACE) Foundation run it every year? It's a collective effort to:
- Recognize and raise awareness of the quality and diversity of American cheeses to consumers nationwide
- Support and promote great cheese, local foods, family farms, traditional methods, and sustainable production models
- All of this helps to fund the ACE Foundation's efforts to support ACS's industry education and knowledge through programs like Conference Scholarships
The MN Makers Cheese Box is a collaboration between Redhead Creamery and six other cheesemakers from Minnesota. We are donating 10% of the profits from this box to the ACE Foundation to help our fellow Curd Lovers grow within our community.
